I had an outstanding experience with Slangin Audio! Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Scottie Karate went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, offered honest recommendations without any pressure, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but Slangin Audio definitely does. I had a $500 gift card and I visited this establishment as a walk-in customer, curious to see if they would even handle a small visor tint job. To my surprise, I was met with exceptional service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind, and they didn’t treat me differently because I had a gift card or needed a small service. They even worked with the larger amount I received on the gift card to make the job beneficial. I ended up getting a ceramic windshield coating in addition to a visor strip tint. I didn’t expect this level of service, especially since I had walked in without an appointment. Jose, the technician, installed the tint within less than an hour! I still had $65 left on my gift card, and the staff suggested that I go to the showroom down the street to see if I could find a phone case or something else of a smaller amount. I considered going, but I knew that I wouldn’t be back in deep Mesa again as I’m from South Scottsdale. So, I decided to check it out! Man... what can I say.. the fellas at SS for the past ten yrs have always come thru for me. Ray back in the day made it worth coming back miss working with me him and chatting it up. Scotty made my stop today just as good Scotty worked with me on my replacement speakers and gave me what I needed and not with any unnecessary upsale. I have many options living in Tucson, but the crew at SS make the trip worth. Much appreciated.

It was the energy from their Facebook page that caught my attention. I remember when Slanging Tint first popped up on Power road many years ago. I finally went in today and I was legit blown away by the friendly inviting atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. It's not a show its how they really get down at slingin tint. Awesome experience work provided by the great people here. They helped me very step of the way finding the right head unit upgrade for my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer! Excellent customer service from Trevor, Scotty, and Chad! Jacob was the technician that installed the upgrade and the work was done quick, clean, and with great quality. Highly recommend this company for your needs! Thanks guys!
